What's a Brouwerij?

Brouwerij is nothing more than "brewery" in dutch. Dutch is also spoken in parts of Belgium, specifically the parts where my favorite beers seem to come from. This way, I'm able to come up with a name for my pico-brewery without having to be that creative.

Although we make many kinds of ales, the focus is on uncommon ales of Belgian style, such as the acid ales of Flanders and Farmhouse Saisons. These beers require special attention and techniques.

Of course, due to the addiction to American IPAs, we also create those often. However, since I primary use Belgian malt for all beers, sometimes I like to classify them as "Belgian American IPAs".
